A day of all the things JOYFUL and nourishing.

10.45am Yoga lead by Iain Bruce-low.

12.15pm The Joy Pod Live with Cara and Ash. we will be discussing the importance of breakfast lunch and dinner, sharing are favourite meal suggestions, discussing the role of blood glucose and cortisol in every aspect of our health and joyfully geeking out on nutritional science together while sharing this life changing information with you.
13.30pm Nourishing lunch.
2.30pm Ask us anything with Ash and Cara. A chance for you to ask us any questions you have about health, food, supplements, joy and lifestyle.
